Hannah joined the Colmore BID board in 2024 and leads our Colmore Next Gen Working Group, where she plays a key role in supporting early-career professionals and fostering inclusive leadership development across the district.

She is currently a Senior Development Manager at HBD, bringing a wealth of experience in property and urban development, and has been involved in delivering high-profile projects that contribute to the growth and transformation of Birmingham’s built environment. Prior to this, Hannah held a role at JLL, where she honed her expertise in real estate strategy and project delivery. Her passion for mentorship, innovation, and collaboration continues to shape the future of the sector.
