Nicola is the owner of multi-award winning estate agency, FleetMilne, based in the heart of the Birmingham Colmore.

Since founding the company in 2004, Nicola has grown the business to become one of the most recognised and respected residential agencies in Birmingham. Her contribution to Birmingham Colmore reflects her desire to have an impact, something she achieves with efficiency and good humour.

Since January 2020, Nicola has led the board as Chair; her first successful challenge was guiding the ship through the Covid19 pandemic. She also chairs the Colmore Executive Working Group, which contributes strategic input to the board and executive team.
