Sandeep is the interim Executive Director of Transport for West Midlands (TfWM), with 27 years’ experience in the transport sector. He is responsible for leading strategic partnerships at regional, national and international levels to develop integrated transport programmes ready for delivery.

He has been a Board Director at Colmore Business District since 2018 and currently serves as Vice President at METREX and as a Board Member of the Centre for the New Midlands Infrastructure Leadership Board. Sandeep has worked on key transport programmes including the HS2 Connectivity Package, Sprint Bus Rapid Transit, and Cycling and Walking Infrastructure.

He works strategically with partners to deliver transport solutions that support economic growth, create vibrant places, and improve sustainable connectivity for residents and businesses across the region. Sandeep is also a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Logistics and Transport.
