What does the West Midlands mean to you? – WMCA study

West Midlands Combined Authority are exploring what makes the West Midlands unique, and the role transport plays in connecting the people, places and experiences that define our region.

As part of this work, they want to hear from the people who live, work, and contribute to the West Midlands.

In this short survey, they’d love to hear residents thoughts on:

• What makes the West Midlands distinct

• What the West Midlands should be known for

• How transport shapes experiences of the West Midlands

• What could make the region an even better place to live, work and visit

The feedback will help shape this work and ensure it reflects the views of people and businesses across the region.

All responses received by 23 59 hrs on Tuesday 1 September 2026 will be entered into a prize draw with the chance to one of three prizes of £50 in Amazon vouchers.
