Kevin Joynes works with developers, housebuilders, registered providers and landowners on a variety of land deals in the public and private sectors.

Formerly a divisional legal director at Bovis Homes, his expertise includes drafting and negotiating development agreements on both the residential and commercial side on major developments and regeneration schemes, plus funding deals.

Phil Thompson, partner and head of the housebuilder team at Clarke Willmott, said: “This double appointment comes at a time of continued demand for residential development expertise in Birmingham and across the wider West Midlands.
