AJ Bell Great Birmingham Run 2024 Finishers’ Medal Revealed

It’s the must-have Brummie bling that will be on display with pride across the city after Sunday, 5 May!

Organisers of the AJ Bell Great Birmingham Run have revealed the medal design for the thousands of finishers at the 2024 half marathon or 10k.

This year’s Great Birmingham Run medals are inspired by iconic elements of the city.

Both the half marathon and 10K designs use the circle pattern that is found on The Library of Birmingham building, with the 10K depicting a bull, a nod to the Bullring Bull and Ozzy at Grand Central.

There are also 10 or 13 lines that encircle the design to remind runners how many kilometres or miles they have completed on Sunday, 5 May.

Taking place on Sunday, 5 May, the Great Birmingham Run is a celebration of the power of running and is a run for everyone, of all ages and abilities, whether it’s your first 10k or your 50th half marathon.
