From Birmingham to Dubai: M3.agency’s Expansion Era

Founded in the Midlands and shaped by Birmingham’s creative energy, M3.agency is making bold moves across the UK – and beyond.

With new offices launched in Manchester, Bristol, and Cardiff, and an international base opening in Dubai, the full service marketing agency is building on its regional success to establish itself as a major player on the national and global stage.

Born in Shropshire and rooted in Birmingham’s city centre, M3 has grown into one of the region’s most respected independent agencies. Over the past six years, the Birmingham office, now based at Cubo in Chamberlain Square, has become the cultural and creative heart of the business. It houses digital marketing, client services, and creative teams working side-by-side, delivering high-impact campaigns for clients including MG Motor UK, Visit Jersey, and University of Birmingham Sport & Fitness.

“Birmingham is where our pace, ambition and creativity come together,” explains CEO Nick Lovett. “But it’s also the launchpad for our growth. What we’ve built here – collaborative teams, integrated thinking, and a deep understanding of regional markets – is what we’re now taking into new locations.”

The past six months have marked a significant turning point. M3 has launched a Manchester office in the city’s Ancoats area, created a South West presence through a strategic partnership with Bristol agency 7Fifty, and opened a Cardiff base led by senior Welsh marketing talent to better serve clients across Wales. To support these moves, the agency has also consolidated its digital development and finance teams in Telford, ensuring its Midlands HQ remains strong.

And now, M3 is going international. With a new oBice in Dubai set to open later this year, the agency is taking its integrated UK model into new global markets, beginning with the Middle East.

“Dubai is a huge milestone for us,” says Andy Cove, Digital Marketing Director. “It gives us a foothold in a fast-growing international region and shows how far we’ve come – from a Midlands agency to one capable of delivering campaigns on a global stage.”

Despite its expansion, M3’s identity remains rooted in Birmingham. It continues to invest in local partnerships and talent, including a collaboration with the University of Birmingham that offers students hands-on experience with live briefs.

As M3.agency continues its evolution from a Birmingham-based independent to a national and international force, it remains a shining example of what regional talent and ambition can achieve. From its creative core in the Midlands, the agency is spreading its wings, and taking its bold ideas, integrated approach and client-first mindset to new markets across the UK and overseas.

What started in the Midlands is now making waves far beyond it. For more information, visit https://www.m3.agency/.
