MK2 wins four office instructions in Colmore

MK2’s property management team has won a quartet of office instructions in Birmingham city centre

The property consultancy has won the brief to manage Livery Place, 85-89 Colmore Row, 57-63 Church Street and 55 Temple Row.

Collectively, the buildings comprise circa 200,000 sq ft of office space, with additional ground floor retail space at 55 Temple Row.

MK2 will be providing a mix of service charge management and rent collection services.

Louise Lokucewicz, associate director in MK2’s property management team, said: “Whilst the property management team operates around the country it’s great to win assets right on our doorstep. We’re grateful to Cathedral Property Partnership, Christian Vision and Watkin Property Ventures Investment for entrusting us with these briefs.”
