Neil Bateman Promoted To Principal Consultant Role

Hub Transport Planning has promoted Neil Bateman to the senior role of Principal Consultant to support the company’s continued growth.

Neil’s promotion comes just five months after he joined as senior transport planner and is recognition of the contribution he has made in this short time.

His new role will see him take on more project responsibility, as well as more of the client liaison role for a number of projects.

Hub Transport Planning has enjoyed significant growth over the last two years, in response to demand for highways and transport advice from developer and land promoter clients looking to secure planning permission for residential and commercial schemes.

James Parker, director at Hub Transport Planning, said: “Neil joined us with significant experience, but it was clear within the first few weeks of him joining us that he had the capability to take the next step up very quickly, which is exactly what he’s now achieved. We look forward to seeing Neil’s career progress further with us.

Neil added: “I’m really happy to be stepping into this role as part of a team where all members are encouraged to develop as the best transport planners they can be, and see it as an excellent opportunity in a really committed team.”

Neil has a wealth of experience in transport planning across multiple disciplinesincluding residential, energy, construction transport management, active travel, and parking.

Hub Transport Planning is always on the lookout for qualified and motivated transport planners at all levels. Interested candidates should get in touch with James Parker: james@hubtransportplanning.co.uk
